Our Team
In 2011, Monica Viamonte and Dania Alen came together and soon began changing lives in the South Florida area. They witnessed first-hand the profound healing and transformational life changes that took place while teaching transformational workshops. They began wondering how they could reach more people, and soon their dream was born. They created their signature program Awakening of the Heart, unlike any other program around which encompasses and incorporates multiple modalities to give the guidance, knowledge, and tools needed to heal and to rediscover your true self.
Today, Dania and Monica teach multiple workshops including; Letting Go Weekend, Awakening of the Heart, Awakening of the Soul, and Business Solutions.
Monica Viamonte
Monica Viamonte is originally from Brazil where she graduated with a degree in Counseling, Human Relations, and a specialty in Psychodrama. She also graduated from the Wellness Institute in Seattle, Washington. She has multiple trainings and certifications:

Monica is a holistic and spiritual healer. She has a private practice in Coral Gables where she is highly sought after for her work with emotional and spiritual healing. She works with the inner child, energy work, and trauma work with a focus on the regulation of the vagus nervous system, aligning the mind, heart, and body.
Monica’s sole purpose in life is to help others find personal healing and love within themselves, and she is passionate about her purpose. With Monica’s depth of experience and through her love and compassion, she can expertly guide you on your personal healing journey.

Dania Alen

Dania has a private office in Miami Lakes, Florida where she focuses on holistic healing, personal and spiritual growth, also working with the person’s inner child to change their programmed beliefs and behavior decisions.
With her leadership skills, her perseverance, and her zest for life Dania will guide you to reach new levels, expand your awareness and get clarity to become a better version of yourself in a professional and/or personal level. Lauren D. Mills
Lauren, also known as Danna, met Monica and Dania in 2015. She has participated in all of their programs and experienced the amazing life transformation that takes place from this work. She now assists in the workshops.
Danna holds vast wisdom through her personal experience in trauma, and believes her life purpose is to hold and help others navigate through theirs. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for others to heal, grow, and thrive.
